What It Means To Show Up For The Customer

In trying your best to keep your customers happy, one of the main things you need to make sure of is that you are always showing up for them. But what do we really mean by that, and how can you ensure that you are always doing it? Answer The Call – Literally

One of the most basic and fundamental ways you can demonstrate to your customer that you really care about them is by answering when they call. If you have a call center, then you are going to need to run it in a way which means those SLAs are being respected every day. Remember Their Preferences, And Their Name

To show the personal touch, it’s always great if you can show your customer that you know what they prefer, how they like to be treated, and so on – and it can’t hurt to remember their name, either. It sounds basic, and it should be. But customers are so used to not getting respect from other businesses that if you are able to show them a good deal of respect, it is really going to make a profound difference. Treat them like the human being they are, and make sure that they are always going to come away from an experience with you feeling truly respected, and you will find that this is the best way you can show up for them.

With these simple things in place, you are going to have much happier customers in no time, who are going to be happy recommending your services to everyone they know. That’s definitely going to bode well for the future of your business.
