Don’t Go Overboard
You may look at your efficiency report and think that you need to change everything in your business right now, but this is not an effective strategy. You need to know when to stop changing things and just let the company run for a while, or else it could all fall to bits. It would help if you were particular when it comes to change and implement things in a time-appropriate way. Perhaps you could create a business change timetable which enables staff to get used to a new process before another one implemented.
