Providing dental care to your patients means you need to be thinking of them when you make changes and improvements, not so much the bottom line. Patients value quality of service more than anything these days, and those dentists who can provide that will ultimately do better than those focused on the money and how much they can make.

Dentistry is something much like all healthcare services that patients can let slip under the radar.
