Signs Your Team Hate Working For You

Do you worry that your team doesn’t enjoy working for you? Maybe you feel as though your team is constantly frustrated with you and you just don’t know what to do about it. Either way, there are things you can do to try and help yourself. Take a look below to find out more.

Your Team Are Complaining 

If you find that your team is always complaining and getting annoyed with you then this is a sign that they aren’t enjoying working with you. If you want to help them then one thing you can do is simply sit and talk to them. When your employees aren’t happy it is very difficult for them to do their best work, so try and work with them on this. You need to pinpoint what is making them unhappy so you can take steps to try and support them. If you can do this then you will soon notice that you can then help them to be happy and content within their position.

Your Team are Disengaged

Another sign that your business team doesn’t like working with you is if they are constantly disengaged. This can manifest in a number of ways. It may be that they do not participate in company events or that they don’t take advantage of any opportunities to learn and grow. Disengaged employees often just find themselves going through the motions and they are not engaged with the company as a whole. As a result of this, you may find that they are more likely to move on to another job as soon as possible. If you want to give your team the help that they need then one thing you can do is work with them and engage them once more. Invest in their happiness if you can. If you can do this then you are bound to see a difference in how happy they are.

Your Employees Quit

If you feel as though you can’t keep anyone around for more than a few months then this is another sign that they are disengaged. Disengaged employees often find themselves going through the motions and as a result of this, they find that their work suffers and that they leave before it impacts them too much. If you know that your employees are always leaving then this is a sign that you have a major issue on your hands, and that you need to get it sorted out as soon as possible.

If you want to help your team then you need to talk with them and if you believe that there is a problem, you need to get to the root of it. If you can do this then you will soon find that you can give them the help that they need to ensure a better result overall. Keep this in mind if you can.
