There are lots of different social media platforms and each of them is beneficial to reach different demographics in your audience depending on what type of business you have. Twitter is great for quick thoughts and ideas as well as interacting with other businesses and your customers in an informative way. This is great for doing discounts and tagging other businesses that you’re working with so that they can also then share it on their profiles. Then you have the platform Instagram. This focuses a lot more on quality images in a creative way that can engage your audience. You can also offer them exclusive discounts and offers as well as different levels of loyalty depending on how long they have been with you. Another way to keep your customers happy is to let them know they are heard. If your customer comments on your picture or replies to your tweet then reply. Ignoring or not replying could make them feel like they don’t matter.
