  • Shake up the job interview process, and ensure that you choose the right person for the job. Focus on the individual skills of each interviewee – what could they bring to the team that will make a real difference? 
  • Update your website regularly so that the information is always accurate. This also means that broken links or web pages will not go unnoticed. Remember, low functioning websites will turn customers away quickly, as you don’t want to make it difficult for them to buy something.
